‘The Shoreline’ is a 200 million Euro development project composed of residential and retail elements set in Smart City, Kalkara, Malta. Kalkara is a small town on the eastern coastline 1.5km south of Valletta, the capital city of Malta. The Shoreline is a brand-new development in an existing masterplan approved by the Malta Government Authorities in Smart City with a footprint of 14,000 sqm, alongside the picturesque coast between Xghajra and the Grand Harbour in Valletta. ‘The Shoreline’ is currently the biggest project in Malta under development.
